Without digital devices, our lives would be difficult.

디지털 기기가 없다면, 우리의 삶은 힘들 것이다.

That was what I thought.

그게 바로 내 생각이었다.

My phone was always in my hand, and I spent my leisure time in front of the computer.

내 전화기는 항상 내 손에 있었고, 나는 컴퓨터 앞에서 여가를 보냈다.

One day, I realized that I was suffering from serious neck pain and poor eyesight.

어느 날, 나는 내가 심각한 목의 통증과 안 좋은 시력으로 고통받고 있다는 것을 알았다.

After my doctor said it could be caused by overuse of digital devices, I decided to cut down on using them.

나의 의사가 그것이 디지털 기기의 과도한 사용으로 생길 수 있는 것이라고 말한 후, 나는 전자기기를 사용하는 것을 줄이기로 결심했다.

At first, I was anxious without my phone and felt as if it were vibrating in my pocket.

처음에, 나는 내 전화기가 없이 불안해했고 마치 내 주머니 속에서 그것이 진동하는 것처럼 느꼈다.

However, I tried to spend my time reading or meeting my friends instead of using my smartphone.

하지만, 나는 내 스마트폰을 사용하는 대신 독서나 친구들을 만나는 데 시간을 보내려고 노력했다.

Slowly, my neck pain got better, and now I can enjoy my time with my family and friends much more!

천천히, 내 목의 통증이 나아졌고, 이제 나는 가족, 친구들과 보내는 시간을 훨씬 더 즐길 수 있다!
