Today I went to the Royal Theater with my parents to see the musical The Lion King.

오늘 나는 부모님과 함께 뮤지컬 ‘라이언 킹’을 보기 위해 로열극장에 갔어.

Its story comes from an animated movie: A young lion becomes the king after a long journey with his friends.

그것의 줄거리는 애니메이션 영화로부터 왔어: 어린 사자가 친구들과의 오랜 여정 후 왕이 된다는 내용이지.

I read that 75 million people around the world have seen the musical since it started on Broadway.

나는 그 뮤지컬이 브로드웨이에서 시작된 이후 전 세계 7,500만 명의 사람들이 그것을 관람했다고 읽었어.

I’m so happy to be among them!

내가 그들 중 한 명이라 아주 기분이 좋아!

The performance was simply amazing.

공연은 아주 놀라웠어.

It was full of beautiful costumes, wonderful acting, and great dancing.

그것은 아름다운 의상과 훌륭한 연기 그리고 멋진 춤으로 가득 차 있었어.

I counted 25 different kinds of animals, birds, fish, and insects.

나는 25가지 종의 다양한 동물들과 새, 물고기, 곤충의 수를 셌어.

The most surprising ones were the giraffes.

가장 놀라운 것은 기린들이었어.

They were over five meters tall!

그것들은 5미터가 넘었지!

Of course, my favorite animal was Simba, the lion king.

물론 내가 가장 좋아하는 동물은 라이언 킹인 심바였어.

The songs were fantastic too.

노래들도 환상적이었어.

Most of them were written by Elton John.

곡의 대부분은 엘튼 존에 의해 쓰였어.

My favorite song was “Hakuna Matata.”

내가 가장 좋아하는 노래는 ‘하쿠나 마타타’였지.

It means “no worries” in Swahili.

그것은 스와힐리어로 ‘걱정하지 마’란 뜻이야.

It’s a great song, and it really makes me happy!

그것은 멋진 노래이고 나를 정말 행복하게 만들어 줘!

I thanked my parents for taking me to such a wonderful show.

나는 부모님께 그렇게 멋진 뮤지컬에 데리고 가 주셔서 감사하다고 했어.

I want to see it again someday.

나는 언젠가 그것을 다시 보고 싶어.
