Here is / how you can easily make your own butter.

First, / fill half a jar / with heavy cream / and shake it / for a long time.

먼저 / 병의 반을 채워라 / 유지가 많은 크림으로 / 그리고 그것을 흔들어라 / 오랫동안

The cream will start to thicken.

Why does this happen?

It’s because / cream is a mixture of milk fat and water.

When you shake it, / the fat molecules stick together.

Eventually, / they will form yellow lumps.

Now / place the lumps of butter / in a bowl of cold water.
