인공 지능: 기회인가 위협인가?

Recently, an artist used an artificial intelligence (AI) system to create the image above for an art contest.

최근 한 화가가 미술 대회를 위한 위의 그림을 만들기 위해 인공 지능 시스템을 사용했다.

The image won first place in the digital arts category.

그 그림은 디지털 예술 부문에서 1등을 했다.

This led to a controversy in the art community.

이는 미술계에서 논란으로 이어졌다.

Some people complained that the artist simply provided the system with basic instructions and let it do all the work.

어떤 사람들은 그 화가가 단순히 시스템에 기본적인 지시 사항을 제공했으며 그것(시스템)이 모든 작업을 하게 했다고 불평했다.

They felt this wasn’t fair to the rest of the artists in the contest.
