특별한 잠자리 이야기

Every night, a boy would sit close to his mom.

매일 밤, 한 소년은 엄마 가까이에 앉곤 했다.

She would read him an exciting story.

그녀는 그에게 흥미진진한 이야기를 읽어 주곤 했다.

And he would listen carefully.

그리고 그는 주의 깊게 듣곤 했다.

They loved this special reading time.

His mom read about dragons, castles, magic, and adventures.

But she never told the endings.

This made the boy very curious.

Look out! It’s a zombie!

조심해라! 좀비이다!

Oh, it’s just a smombie.

Some people don’t pay attention to their surroundings.

어떤 사람들은 주변에 주의를 기울이지 않는다.

They only look at their phones all the time.

그들은 항상 그들의 전화기(스마트폰)만 본다.

They act just like zombies!

그들은 꼭 좀비처럼 행동한다!

These people are smombies.

이 사람들이 스몸비이다.

“Smombie” sounds funny.

‘스몸비’라는 단어는 재미있게 들린다.

But smombies are dangerous to themselves and others.

그러나 스몸비는 자신과 다른 사람들에게 위험하다.

They focus on their phones too much.

그들은 스마트폰에 너무 많이 집중한다.

So they can bump into things easily.

그래서 그들은 물건들에 쉽게 부딪힐 수 있다.

And they might even walk into traffic!

그리고 그들은 차도로 걸어 들어갈지도 모른다!

Remember to look around you and pay attention.
