The Power of Small Acts

작은 행동의 힘

Jimin woke up.

Jimin이 잠에서 깼다

It was bright and sunny.

밝고 햇살이 좋았다

“It's already 7:30. / Oops! / I'm late.“

“벌써 7시 30분이야. / 이런! / 늦었다.“

Mom said, / “Have fun / at the amusement park! / Don't be too late.“

엄마가 말했다, / “재미있게 놀아! / 놀이공원에서 / 너무 늦지 마.“

Jimin met her friend, Sora, / at the subway station.

Jimin은 친구 Sora를 만났다 / 지하철역에서.

They were very excited!

그들은 매우 신이 났다!

On the subway train, / the two girls stood and chatted.

지하철 안에서, / 두 소녀는 서서 이야기를 나눴다.

Then, / something hit Jimin's back.

그때, / 무언가가 Jimin의 등을 쳤다.

“Ouch!“ / She turned around.

“아야!“ / 그녀가 돌아봤다.

It was a large backpack!

그것은 큰 백팩이었다!

At that time, / a voice came out of the speaker,

그 순간, / 스피커에서 소리가 나왔다,

“Wear your backpack on the front, please.”

“가방은 앞으로 메주세요.”

At the amusement park, / Jimin and Sora enjoyed many rides.

놀이공원에서, / Jimin과 Sora는 많은 놀이기구를 즐겼다

They screamed and laughed a lot.

그들은 많이 소리지르고 웃었다

Finally, / they went to the roller coaster / and stood in a long line.

마침내, / 그들은 롤러코스터로 갔다 / 그리고 긴 줄에 섰다

There was a boy / in front of the two girls.

한 소년이 있었다 / 두 소녀 앞에

He shouted, / “I'm here!“ / and suddenly, / his friends joined him.

그가 소리쳤다, / “나 여기 있어!“ / 그리고 갑자기, / 그의 친구들이 그에게 합류했다

Oh, no! / What's happening?

“Don't cut in line,“ / Jimin said to them.

In a gift shop, / Jimin and Sora bought hairbands / with long rabbit ears.

They headed toward the door.

Then, / a man held the door / for them.

그때, / 한 남자가 문을 잡아주었다 / 그들을 위해

He was very nice.

그는 매우 친절했다

“Thank you!“ / the girls said.

“감사합니다!“ / 소녀들이 말했다

Then, / they went / to a magic show.

그때, / 그들은 갔다 / 마술쇼에

They sat down / in their seats.

그들은 앉았다 / 자리에

Two boys sat down / in front of Jimin and Sora.

두 소년이 앉았다 / Jimin과 Sora 앞에

The boys wore / long rabbit ears, / too.

그 소년들은 착용했다 / 긴 토끼 귀를, / 역시

Sadly, / Jimin and Sora couldn't see the stage.

안타깝게도, / Jimin과 Sora는 무대를 볼 수 없었다.

At that time, / the show started, / and the boys kindly took off their hairbands.

그때, / 쇼가 시작되었다, / 그리고 그 소년들은 친절하게 머리띠를 벗었다.

“Let's take off our hairbands, too.“ / Sora said to Jimin.

“우리도 머리띠를 벗자.“ / Sora가 Jimin에게 말했다.

They smiled at each other.

그들은 서로를 향해 미소 지었다.

On the subway ride back home, / Jimin thought,

집으로 돌아가는 지하철 안에서, / Jimin은 생각했다,

“Small acts have real power.

“작은 행동들은 진정한 힘을 가지고 있어.

Because of them, / we can be happy or unhappy.“

그것들 때문에, / 우리는 행복하거나 불행할 수 있어.“
